How to qualify for our backyard development financing:
Step 1
Must have property located in the townships of Gauteng or Cape Town.

The property must have yard space & be feasible for rental apartments
Step 3
Must have the title Deed
Step 4
Must have big interest in property rental business.

Must not have a bad credit record (We prioritise the profitability & feasibility of the development more)
IBOBOSI Properties in partnership with the homeowner will handle the administration with the municipalities, manage the rental properties, screening of tenants, rent collection, maintenance, and loan payback.
